Special Offer Terms & Conditions

The following special offer terms & conditions apply to the Your Story, Our Mission campaign:

General Terms & Conditions

  • Only purchases made in-store or via the Kamera Express website for The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany are eligible for a Profotonet voucher.
  • For the duration of the special offer you will receive a Profotonet voucher with every order of € 250 and above.
  • The special offer will run from Monday 8 May 2023 to Monday 31 July 2023.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Kamera Express reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue the promotional terms & conditions in any way, at any time.
  • In matters not covered by these terms & conditions, Kamera Express will decide.
  • Kamera Express shall not be liable for any typing, printing or typesetting errors.
  • No rights can be derived from this special offer.
  • The Profotonet voucher is valid up to and including 29 February 2024.
  • The special offer is valid in-store and on our webshop for The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany.
  • The Profotonet voucher is not redeemable for cash.

 

Profotonet Voucher Terms & Conditions:

  • The “Photo Book” voucher is redeemable on Profotonet photo books, up to including 29 February 2024.
  • The “Wall Decoration” voucher is redeemable on Profotonet wall decoration, up to including 29 February 2024.
  • You will receive the voucher(s) upon completion of your online order. When you make an in-store purchase, the sales assistant will give you your voucher(s) there and then.
  • Each voucher has a unique code, which is under a scratch-off panel. When you are ready to order your photo book or wall decoration, go to profotonet.com/kevoucher. Here you will find all the information you need to create and order a photobook or wall decoration.
  • The value of the voucher must be spent in one purchase.
  • The voucher is not redeemable for cash.
  • The voucher is not redeemable for a gift card.
  • You must spend the voucher in one purchase. It is not possible to combine several vouchers in a single order or to combine them with other special offers.

 

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • The voucher cannot be retrospectively offset against previously placed orders. When you return an order, please also return the free voucher. If you do not return the voucher, or if the voucher’s scratch panel has been removed/partially scratched off, the value of the voucher as mentioned on the front will be deducted from the return amount.
  • With partial order returns, please return the voucher already received. You will then be given a new voucher for the outstanding order value that reflects your return request. Please note! Should the order value be less than €250 after processing your return, the voucher will not be reissued.
  • The voucher does not apply to orders placed before 8 May 2023.
