The special offer period will start on Wednesday 8 May 2024 at 09:00 hrs and will run up to and including Wednesday 31 July 2024.

Are all webshop and in-store special offers the same?
Yes, all our special offers are valid online and in-store.

What if a promotional product is out of stock?
For the Your Story, Our Mission campaign: out of stock means out of stock. Do you have a question about product availability? If so, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.

Can I pick up my order in-store during the Your Story, Our Mission campaign?
Sure! There are two options for this:

1. Pick up in-store after 30 minutes. Order and pay for the product online, and collect the product the same day at a store of your choice. PLEASE NOTE! This is only possible if the product is in stock at the store in question.
2. In-store collection: Order and pay for the product online, and collect the order at your chosen store within 1-2 working days. PLEASE NOTE! If you choose this option, the ordered products will be shipped from our webshop warehouse. You will be notified by the store as soon as the order is ready for collection.

I ordered a full price item before the special offer period: can I get the discount retroactively?

You can do so as long as you have the right of withdrawal (up to 14 days upon receipt of the order). Please get in touch with our Customer Service team for further details.

That’s why all our products are developed in-house at our ImageLab in Capelle aan den IJssel, by experienced photo specialists. In doing so they use only the best materials and manually check each image before it goes out the door.

Our photos on wall decoration, photo books and photo calendars are not printed, but chemically exposed. This ensures razor-sharp photos in a wide colour gamut, that remain colourfast for at least 75 years. We can do this from small to life-size format. How do I redeem Profotonet vouchers?

You will receive your gift voucher(s) online through the mail. You will receive the voucher(s) after checkout of your online order. You will receive the voucher(s) via email the same day. When you place an order in-store, provide your email address to receive the vouchers.

Please note, you must spend your gift voucher(s) in one purchase. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers in one order or combine them with other promotions.

What if the Profotonet vouchers are no longer in stock?

What is the gift voucher expiry date?

You can spend the free voucher on photo books and wall decorations from 8 May 2024 up to and including 28 February 2025.

How do I receive my gift voucher?

After confirming your order at Kamera Express, you will receive the gift voucher(s) the same day online via email.

How does the voucher work?

Each voucher has a unique code. When you are ready to order your photo book or wall decoration, go to www.profotonet.com/kevoucher. Here you will find all the information you need to create and order a photo book or wall decoration.

Can I redeem the gift voucher in parts?

No, you must redeem the gift voucher in a single purchase.

Is the gift voucher redeemable for cash or a gift card?

No, the voucher is not redeemable for cash or a gift card.
