From when to when does the ‘Your Story, Our Mission’ campaign run?
The ‘Your Story, Our Mission’ campaign runs from 2 June to 12 June 2022. During this period you will receive a voucher(s) from Profotonet when you place an order for € 250 or more.

How do I receive the voucher(s) from Profotonet?
When you place an online order, Profotonet’s voucher(s) will be added to your shopping basket if your order meets the promotional conditions and you enter the correct discount code. You will then receive the voucher(s) together with the product(s) you ordered.

When you place an order in-store and your order meets the promotional requirements, the sales associate will immediately hand you your voucher(s).

Until when is the Profotonet voucher(s) valid?
The voucher(s) from Profotonet can be redeemed until 31 December 2022.

How do I redeem the Profotonet voucher(s)?
There is a unique code on the back of the voucher(s). Go to profotonet.com/kevoucher to redeem your voucher(s). then you will be taken to a page where you can specify what you want to order. Then follow the ordering process. In the shopping cart, enter your unique code and the discount will be deducted from the order amount.
Please note, you must spend your voucher in one purchase. It is not possible to combine multiple vouchers in one order.

I forgot to add a voucher(s) to my order. What can I do?
If you forgot to add a voucher(s) to your order, send an email to info@kamera-express.nl. Please include your order number and attach your invoice. Our customer service team will review your request and send a voucher(s) if you are entitled to one.

Can I divide the value of the Profotonet voucher(s) between several orders?
No, that’s not possible. Each voucher can be used once. Just be sure to redeem the voucher in time, before 31 December 2022.

Can I exchange the Profotonet voucher(s) for money or another gift card?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.

Can I combine the Profotonet voucher(s) with other Profotonet promotions?
No, that’s not possible.

Can I choose a voucher from Kamera Express instead of a voucher(s) from Profotonet?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. With the promotion, you will receive a voucher(s) that you can only spend at Profotonet.

I have placed an order, the value of which is less than € 250. Do I get a voucher(s) now?
No, unfortunately not. For orders over € 250, you will receive a voucher(s). This does not include shipping costs.

Are the shipping costs included in the order value to determine which Profotonet voucher(s) I will receive?
No, unfortunately not. Shipping costs are not included.

I am cancelling or returning my order. Do I then also have to return the voucher(s) from Profotonet?
Yes. When you cancel or return your order, you must also return the Profotonet voucher(s). If you do not do this, or if we see that the scratch layer on the back of the card is (partially) removed, we will deduct the value of the voucher(s) from the return amount.

I am returning part of my order. Do I then also have to return the voucher(s) from Profotonet?
That depends on the situation. If you are returning part of your order and the remaining amount of your order provides a different value for the voucher(s), you must also return the voucher(s) from Profotonet. You will then receive a new voucher(s), matching the value of the order amount after the value of the returned item has been deducted from it. If the remaining balance of your order does not entitle you to a different value of the voucher(s), then you do not need to return the voucher(s). See two calculation examples below.

Calculation example 1: You have placed an order worth € 800. You have hereby received a voucher(s) from Profotonet to the value of € 50. Of this, you return an item with a value of € 350.  The remaining order amount is then € 450. This includes a voucher(s) from Profotonet worth € 25. You must therefore return your voucher(s) worth € 50 with the article to be returned and you will receive a new voucher(s) worth € 25 from Profotonet. If you do not return the Profotonet voucher(s) or if we notice that the scratch layer on the back of the card has been (partially) removed, we will deduct the value of the voucher(s) from the return amount. In this example, it’s € 25.

Calculation example 2: You have placed an order worth € 800. You have hereby received a voucher(s) from Profotonet to the value of € 50. Of this, you return one item with a value of € 40. The remaining order amount is then € 760. This still includes a voucher(s) from Profotonet worth € 50. In this case, you do not need to return the voucher(s) from Profotonet.
