When you order one of our photo products, you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible. To give you an indication of when your photo product will be delivered, we’ve listed all production times here.

Please note: these are production times only. After production, the product still needs to be shipped.

Fast delivery

As soon as your photo order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation by email. All products shipped to a Dutch address are delivered via PostNL or DHL. If your photo product is sent as a parcel, you will also receive a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow your shipment. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be delivered to a neighbor, a nearby PostNL or DHL location, or offered again the next day. Carriers no longer leave a note, so be sure to keep an eye on your Track & Trace code while your parcel is on its way or has been delivered.

International shipping is available to Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, France, and Austria.

Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? You can do so at our showroom in Capelle aan den IJssel. As soon as your photo order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

You can also collect your order at a Kamera Express store near you. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup in the store. Please note that this option may take 2–4 business days longer.

What is the production time for photo prints?

Would you like to have your photos printed in professional quality? Profotonet exposes your images on the finest photo paper in any desired size. If you place an order containing only photo prints on working days before 2:00 PM, it is usually handed over to PostNL for delivery the same day. Orders that include sizes larger than 30×45 cm, school photos or black-and-white prints may take one additional working day.

Creating a photo book online at Profotonet is quick and easy, whether you choose a standard or a premium photo book. Ordering is just as simple. The production time for a photo book is approximately 4 working days. For Premium Plus and Professional photo books, the average production time is around 7 working days.

Your most beautiful photos deserve a prominent place in your home or office. We print your image on canvas and then hand-stretch it onto a wooden frame. The production time for a canvas print is usually around 4 working days. If you choose to add a floating frame around your canvas, production and delivery may take slightly longer.

What is the production time of a photo on forex or polystyrene?

Looking for a clean, modern look? Have your favourite photos mounted on forex or polystyrene. Both materials are lightweight yet sturdy. These panels are often used for exhibitions and trade fairs, but are also perfect for home use. Luckily, you won’t have to wait long: the production time for a photo mounted on forex or polystyrene is approximately 7 working days.

What is the production time of a photo on dibond or acrylic glass?

Does your photo deserve a truly special presentation? Choose to have it mounted on aluminium (also known as dibond), or opt for high-gloss acrylic glass to give your image exceptional depth. Because these products are handmade, the production time is slightly longer. A photo mounted on dibond has a production time of around 5 working days, while a photo behind plexiglass can take up to 7 working days.
