Do loyal customers receive a discount at Profotonet?
For larger order volumes, we automatically apply volume discounts. The discount applies to multiple copies of the same product and size, and is calculated automatically during checkout.
Volume discounts for photo books and wall art:
5–9 items 5%
10–24 items 10%
More than 25 15%Volume discounts for individual photo prints:
50–99 prints 10%
100+ prints 15%In addition to these volume discounts, we occasionally run other promotions. Keep an eye on our website for the latest offers.

Our opening hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

You will receive a substantive response within 14 days of submitting your complaint. Of course, we’ll do everything we can to find a suitable solution.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices listed on our website include VAT. Below you’ll find the applicable VAT rates per product category:
Photo prints, year calendars and wall art: 21% VAT
Photo books Netherlands: 9% VAT
Photo books Belgium: 6% VAT
