Is becoming a Pro Partner free?
Yes, you can sign up as a Pro Partner free of charge. However, you do need to meet certain requirements to qualify. The Pro Partner programme is intended exclusively for professional photographers who create photo books as part of their business.
You must apply in advance via the Pro Partner registration form on the website.
You need to prove that the photo books are created professionally by providing a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration number.
Your application must be approved by a Profotonet team member. This may take a few days, and the decision is final.
How long am I a Pro Partner?
After signing up, you’ll automatically be a Pro Partner until 31 December of the year you registered. During this period, you can enjoy all the benefits, including 15% discount on photo books and photo prints and 10% discount on all wall art. You’ll also receive exclusive additional benefits available only to registered professional photographers during this time.
What does the 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?
At Profotonet, we want to offer your clients only the very highest quality. That’s why our Professional photo books are handcrafted by experienced bookbinders and made using only premium materials. After production, each Professional photo book is carefully checked by hand before being shipped.
This allows us to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll always provide a suitable solution.

How can I request a free cover colour sample set?
Once you’re registered as a Pro Partner, you’re entitled to a one-time free sample set (worth €20) featuring the cover colours from our collections. Would you like additional sample sets? These can easily be ordered from us for a small fee.
How can I request a free demo photo book as a Pro Partner?
Once you’re registered as a Pro Partner, you’re entitled to request one free Professional demo photo book. It’s ideal for showing to clients and experiencing our quality firsthand. You can fully customise the demo photo book yourself. To request it, please follow these steps:
- Start a new project and name it “DEMOBOOK”.
Please note: this must be done in the account with which you’re registered as a Pro Partner.- Create a Professional photo book.
- Make it clear that this is a demo book. You can do this in one of the following three ways:
1. Add “inspection copy” or “demo book” to the front cover using embossing or laser text.
2. Add “inspection copy” or “demo book” over a photo on the first page of the book.
3. Create a photo book containing images of multiple wedding couples.
- Immediately after placing the order, send an email to [email protected] including your order number, company name, first name and last name.
- After we’ve checked that one of the above conditions has been met, we’ll ship the demo photo book to you as soon as possible. The cost of the demo book will then be credited to your account.
Please note: the free demo book excludes shipping costs and a custom presentation box. These options are available at an additional cost.
How can I ship my photo books white label to my clients?
When you sign up as a Pro Partner, your Profotonet account is upgraded to a Pro account. This allows you to order on account and ship white label. White label shipping means that no Profotonet logo or name appears on or inside the package.
You can also choose to upload your own logo, which will then appear on the packing slip and shipping label. You can upload your logo via the Pro Partner registration form on our website.
To ship white label, you must be logged in to your Pro account when placing the order. If you enter a different delivery address than the billing address, the order will be shipped white label. If no different delivery address is entered, the shipment will not be white label.
Already have a Pro account with payment on account?
In that case, your orders are automatically shipped white label or with your own company name displayed.How do I use the Pro Partner discount?
Once you’ve signed up as a Pro Partner via the registration form on our website and your application has been approved, you’ll receive an email from our customer service team containing a personal discount code. This code gives you 15% discount on photo books and photo prints, and 10% discount on wall art.
Enter the code during checkout in the payment details section. Your discount will then be automatically applied to your invoice.
