You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Products that have been made to your specifications or are clearly personalised (custom-made items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
