Warranty

Is there something wrong with your product? Below you will find all the information about warranty at Profotonet.

  1. All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is, or should do, what a consumer may reasonably expect from it. The seller guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force at the time the agreement was concluded. If agreed, the seller also guarantees that the product is suitable for purposes other than normal use.
  2. Any additional warranty provided by the seller, its supplier, manufacturer or importer never limits the statutory rights and claims that the consumer may assert against the seller under the agreement if the seller has failed to fulfil its part of the agreement.
  3. An additional warranty is understood to mean any commitment by the seller, its supplier, importer or producer in which certain rights or claims are granted to the consumer that go beyond what is legally required in the event of a failure to fulfil their part of the agreement.
