How do you become a Pro Partner?

Application

As a professional photographer, you can apply to become a Pro Partner via the registration form below. By professional photographer, we mean someone who earns their income through photography by carrying out paid assignments for clients. We kindly ask you to include your company logo (if you have one) with the application, so we can use it for white-label delivery.

Procedure

Once your application has been approved by Profotonet, you will receive a personal discount code along with further information. You will also receive a Pro account. From that moment on, you can request your demo book and, using the discount code provided, enjoy 15% off our photo books, photo prints and wall art for an entire year.

Terms and conditions

A number of conditions apply to this programme:

  • The photographer must have a registered Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number.
  • After approval by a Profotonet team member, you will receive a personal discount code that is valid until the end of the year and will be extended if the conditions are met.
  • The free demo book may only be created as an actual demo book or portfolio (this will be checked).
  • The discount code cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • Profotonet reserves the right to suspend or amend the promotion or collaboration prematurely.

Conditions for renewal of Pro Partner status

To renew your Pro Partner status after the first year, one of the following applies:

  • A minimum annual purchase of €1,000 excl. VAT, excluding the demo book.
  • Or demonstrably frequent orders (particularly relevant if you regularly order photo prints).

Once you have registered as a Pro Partner via the application form on our website and your application has been approved, you will receive an email from our customer service team containing your personal discount code.
